A little history: back in the early to mid 1990’s (Pre-Internet Days) Yasha was working as a Realtor in Northern Illinois when she came across an FHA program that allowed friends and family to make gift donations towards a home down payment for couples getting married. She took that idea and developed a program call “Dream Home Registry”. Working with a local bank and other retailers she was able to get couples successfully into homes with some great savings, perks, and down payment gift donations. After a fifteen year detour as a Newspaper Advertising/Marketing Executive with Gannett Co. Yasha came back into real estate and began thinking about her old idea. After some intensive brainstorming with her Marketing Executive / Songwriter – husband (E. G. Holmes) a new and much improved business model was born.
Yasha loves decorating and both Yasha and her husband love to cook and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. They have three sons – Steven , Ryan and Scott and a precocious Schnoodle named “Evee” who loves getting a pup cup at Starbucks.
We invite you to use these valuable resources with our compliments and hope we can be of service with your home buying or selling needs when the time is right.
