A little history: back in the early to mid 1990’s (Pre-Internet Days) Yasha was working as a Realtor in Northern Illinois when she came across an FHA program that allowed friends and family to make gift donations towards a home down payment for couples getting married. She took that idea and developed a program call “Dream Home Registry”. Working with a local bank and other retailers she was able to get couples successfully into homes with some great savings, perks, and down payment gift donations. After a fifteen year detour as a Newspaper Advertising/Marketing Executive with Gannett Co. Yasha came back into real estate and began thinking about her old idea. After some intensive brainstorming with her Marketing Executive / Songwriter – husband (E. G. Holmes) a new and much improved business model was born.

About-EeveeYasha loves decorating and both Yasha and her husband love to cook and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. They have three sons – Steven , Ryan and Scott and a precocious Schnoodle named “Evee” who loves getting a pup cup at Starbucks.
